IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

Though completed sponsor forms and payment are not due until November 30th, there are a number of important deadlines that may be applicable to you depending on your partnership level perks.

Submit by:
September 24 for the Registration Brochure
November  1 for the Convention Guidebook
November 1 for SC Lawyer Magazine (January & March Issue)
November 30 for On-Site Signage

 

 

À LA CARTE & ADD-ON DETAILS:

Charging Station Sponsor ($250):
With charging stations in the back of each seminar room, sponsoring a station is the perfect way to target specific seminar attendees. Choosing this option will include your logo strategically printed on tent card(s) and displayed at the station.
Limited to one (1) sponsor per seminar.

Registration Coupon ($3,000):
Looking for a way to target everyattendee at the Convention? Select this option to have your business’ flier or coupon included in the registration packets! You print them, we’ll pack them. Maximum flier size is 5X7 (inches).
Limited to two (2) sponsors.

Wi-Fi Sponsor ($2,500):
The Convention’s seminar handout materials are completely downloadable, so having a reliable Wi-Fi connection is important to our attendees. Sponsor the digital air space and have your logo printed on the log-in cards provided to all attendees. Sponsorship details will also be included on on-site signage.
Limited to one (1) sponsor.

“Spa-nser” ($500):
Who doesn’t love a good shoulder rub? Help our attendees to unwind in between seminars by sponsoring a morning or afternoon session in the Convention “chill chairs”. Like you see at the mall, we’ll have mini-massage sessions with the professional Marriott Spa therapists available for attendees to drop by and be pampered for 15 minutes per person. As a sponsor, your business will be able to set out fliers and information at the check-in table during your sponsored time. Attendees will have the opportunity to drop a business card for you. 
Limited to one (1) sponsor per [AM/PM] session. Available Thursday PM, Friday AM/PM, and Saturday AM. 

Break Sponsor w/ logo napkins ($2,500):
Sponsoring a refreshment break will allow your business to be seen at the one place everyone at the Convention visits multiple times… the food and beverage tables. By selecting this option, your logo will be printed on napkins that will be set at the break tables during the sponsored time. This will include exposure during the morning and afternoon refreshment breaks (does notinclude exposure during continental breakfasts). In addition, your sponsorship details and company/firm logo will be included on on-site signage. 
Limited to three (3) sponsors. Sponsored days (Thursday/Friday/Saturday) are first-come, first-serve.

Coffee Sponsor ($250):
This option is as simple as it gets. Want to have your business’ logo displayed tabletop next to the coffee? Be a Coffee Sponsor? It’s exactly as it sounds. Select this option to have your logo by the most coveted Convention item… coffee!
Limited to one (1) sponsor per coffee station. Two (2) stations available per day.

Social Media “Shout-Outs” ($150/shout):
Everything in today’s digital world is about one thing; Social. Media. Exposure. This option is great as an a’ la carte, or as an add-on to an existing sponsorship/vendor package. Help us help you by increasing your business’ exposure on the SC Bar social media outlets. We’ll work with you on your targeted outlet and on the overall message. “Shout-outs” may be scheduled from October 2018 up until the week prior to the Convention. 
Limited to three (3) “shout-outs” per sponsor.
